Libby pioneered the development of original measures assessing transparency, accountability, participation, and inclusiveness within regulatory agencies. This work not only garnered recognition through prestigious awards that Libby achieved but also laid the foundation for the TiGRE project, where her groundbreaking measures were instrumental in constructing the first-ever database covering regulatory bodies across multiple sectors and countries.
She is commited to advancing knowledge beyond academia, as she firmly believe in the importance of translating academic insights into tangible societal impact. Leveraging her academic expertise, she has conducted experimental surveys to understand citizens' trust dynamics in both corporate and governmental contexts, leading to published studies that shed light on the role of regulation, transparency, and policy framing in cultivating trust.
Her academic background serves as a cornerstone of her consultancy work, enabling her to offer innovative solutions grounded in rigorous research and empirical evidence. By bridging the gap between academia and practice, she strives to empower organizations to make informed decisions that positively impact society and uphold democratic principles.
